When applying for a CCW at HPD is the cost $150 flat rate for processing? Or is it $150 per firearm you are requesting a license for?

Forgive my ignorance. But, the way I read this bill it does not include any clause to exempt anyone that currently has a legally registered firearm that falls within the description that is proposed to be banned. Am I wrong?

I’ve been there several times since the reservation system started. Between noon and closing I’ve always seen open benches. I’ve done walk in’s on both pistol and rifle ranges and haven’t been denied.
