Outstanding reference on OCW.   Don't agree with his opinions about federal but that's what makes for good discussions.  Also, doesn't the bullet try to straighten out the grooves causing a twist harminc to the barrel that goes beyond the simple first order sound wave bouncing from end to end?   I love the physics of ballistics

Reloading is a zen exersize.  time is irrelevant.   RCBS Jr single stage with a plethora of dies.   Will be bringing to Hilo if I decide to move.   Check out Ebay for reloading components. and make sure you have an RCBS trimmate for all your tools.

Yeah,  I also reload and wonder if I can get primers, powder and pills.   I presently shoot 1000 yard matches and have found a 600 yard range on Oahu (Puuloa) with CMP matches.  So the move to 808 is looking better.   I will be in Hilo however and wonder about transporting Firearms between the islands.  How can I do this?  Boat?  Airplane?  are there any 1000 yard ranges on any of the islands?   OIr xcabn I just find a cantyon and plink away.   The pig hunting looks awesome.  Is it?

I am presently considering a move to Hilo and am concerned about bringing my guns with me.  I presently shoot every week including CMP hi power matchs,  3 gun,  Bowling pin shoots,  Trap, Skeet,  and am an avid hunter harvesting everything from pigs to Elk.   Why shouod I go to Hawaii were there are no gun ranges,     Can someone give me some good news about gun ownership in Hawaii?
