General Discussion / I'm back!
« on: May 03, 2020, 07:00:19 AM »
Hey Folks,

Long time member here. I was stationed in Hawaii 2012-2016, and departed when i separated. I miss the island and the people.

Anyway, currently in Arizona, work full-time but have my FFL. I have fantastic prices on Firearms, Accessories, and even perform Cerakoting.

I sent a message to 2AHawaii, and am hoping to get listed as a vendor here on the forum.

My website is www.2ndisabsolute.com

I am currently offering a deal where you pay $80 a year or $8 a month, and receive firearms at distributor prices. PM me or text/call the number listed on my website for more details. Thanks!

I met Espero not too long ago, didn't seem like a bad guy. I do find it completely unacceptable that politicians champion legislation they haven't even read. I believe there should be criminal charges for this. If there is ever a lawsuit, I expect him to be held responsible.

Was he wearing his silly kangol hat? Haha

Legal and Activism / Re: SCOTUS 4th Amendment rights GONE
« on: June 26, 2016, 03:44:23 AM »
I am not too concerned. The justice acknowledged the stop as illegal, he just clarified that since the warrant was outstanding, and predated the interaction, that the evidence could be used. I don't look at it as a "stop and give me your ID for no reason" empowerment. Again, the justice acknowledged the stop was illegal but just ruled the evidence could be used. With him acknowledging the stop was illegal, I don't think it gives police a pass to continue illegal interactions.

Dude had meth, walking out of a suspected drug house. I have no sympathy, Phuck em.

On another note, if law abiding citizens (no warrants) are stopped and asked for ID, and have done nothing wrong (again, no warrants) this interaction with the police would be illegal. And a citizen could sue, I believe.

Police cannot search you for no reason, but If you have outstanding warrants, that gives them a reason. He could have refused to show ID, and stated he is exercising his 4th amendment.

Also found this: "In Hiibel v. Sixth Judicial District Court of Nevada, the Supreme Court upheld state laws requiring citizens to reveal their identity when officers have reasonable suspicion to believe criminal activity may be taking place."

Please point out the dangers to law abiding citizens, just curious as I might have missed something.

A quote from z06psi, from the post "Ige signed"

"According to the Supreme Court this is an Unconstitutional action. It is unconstitutional to Register (record in a government database) the exercising of a right (Thomas v Collins 1945, Lamont v Postmaster General 1965, Haynes v US 1968)."

Imagine if one of y'all called Espero out, noting that ruling that invalidates his bill. Wouldn't that be something. Record it and put it on YouTube.

I left Hawaii November of last year, I registered my firearms back in 2012. Does this have any affect on me? Will there be a class action lawsuit?

A few FTFs with various ammo brands in my .22lr conversion. Any recommendations for ammo? I am thinking about getting the BCG conversion treated with microslick.

Interesting points. I appreciate the information.

It is extremely disappointing when it seems like some gun owners don't do a damn thing when liberal lies are spread through the media. Also, when Barrack Muslimsarn'tbad Obama and KIllary Clinton spew their lies about firarms people do nothing. I'm not talking about liberal protest (riots), I mean peaceful petitions/general activism... What gives? When I see bull$hit lies by liberals, I address it, no PC about it.

Legal and Activism / Re: LEOSA enforceable under Section 1983
« on: June 13, 2016, 09:53:26 AM »
I definitely remember seeing something within the LEOSA stating that "notwithstanding any other provision of the law of any State or any political subdivision thereof". Congress went on to say something to the affect of the purpose of the LEOSA was to ensure uniformity thought-out the states. So legally, the provisions within hawaii are illegal I would believe. Also, Barrack Takeyourguns Obama extended the LEOSA to Military Police. If I were active/ retired police in Hawaii, I would SUE, SUE, SUE!.

My source is Wikipedia: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Law_Enforcement_Officers_Safety_Act

It makes sense the law was written to prevent tyrannical $hit holes like CA,  NY, NJ and Hawaii from doing their own thing.

I am not misrepresenting the figure, that figure is straight from the Governor here in Arizona. Link to PDF:

So as you guys might know, I live in Arizona now. The tyrannical 9th still covers Arizona and other states and territories thought. What I have below is a link to a letter sent to Senator Paul Ryan and Senator Mitch McConnell, from Governor Doug Ducey, requesting Arizona be removed from the jurisdiction of the 9th and added to another court or the court be restructured. It is important to note he requests this because the 9th circuit has a reversal rate of 77%!!!!!! Okay let me say it again %77 reversal rate, almost 4/5th of decisions are reversed. Wow, just wow. Again, I figured to share this here because this demonstrates the bias or incompetence within the 9th circuit.

What actions can we take at this point? Petition, contacting legislators?

It pisses me off that these tyrants are referencing law predateing the bill of rights and constitution. How is this even allowed? How can we impeach these justices?
