One of the Fox hosts was on with a Dem congressman and they were talking about the Flynn leaks. The congressman wouldn't answer anything directly and seemed to be like a parrot with one message, "I want a complete investigation". To the point where the host couldn't get the congressman to concede that the fact of the matter is that there was a leak in intelligence and that Flynn's identity wasn't protected like it should have under current laws. Well, they wouldn't be discussing the need for a "complete investigation" had the proper protocol been exercised in terms of surveillance on US citizens and if US citizens should happen to get caught up in surveillance of a foreign official, then there are certain protocols to be followed for the protection of the US citizen. The Dem congressman wouldn't even concede that FACT.At least your gym has FoxNews on. Mine has CNN. Only good thing is it pisses me off so much that I do extra reps and sets LOL

TIME TO ALERT THE MEDIA!!! Someone who knows Gina Mangieri, please call her to investigate this infringement on our 2a. I believe HPD is compelling us, Kaiser and Straub to submit the letters so HPD personnel doesn't have to go through all the med records of each individual applicant, imagine how time consuming, and the resources it takes just to do that. Simple fix, just throw the onus on the applicant and med clinics. Not Straub or Kaisers fault either because it would create extreme liability for the clinics and their Doctors to sign releases (especially with the currant verbage) for all their patients regardless of whether the patient had prior mental/drug issues or not. I know I wouldn't jeopardize my practice and future signing off on a clearance. Their malpractice insurance premiums are outrageous as it is already so add this additional liability on top of that? no ways.

Then there's Nancy Pelosi who said "it's not a crisis, it's an opportunity".The Progressive Liberal Agenda benefits from these incidents . Gun control - magazine capacity limits, background checks, assault weapons band, higher taxes on ammo etc.
What do these people have in common other than trying to subvert the constitution? Connecting the dots is not hard in this case. So who benefits from these incidents?

I bet the record keeping for the pistols is incomplete, and i's easier to lie, saying the guns were 100% destroyed, than try and explain how 20% or more of their inventory is unaccounted for.
THOSE are the guns that will "wind up on our streets!" Whether stolen or simply not accounted for when an officer signs one out, accountability would be shown to have gaps. In this land of strict gun laws, that would be really bad press for our elected and appointed officials.

A little blue birdie told me that the decision to destroy the guns was made because HPD's inventory was so screwed up (lost, missing, unaccounted for etc.) that it would be easier to just scrap um instead of opening up a big (public) can of worms. The guns were already taken for destruction to a local recycler yesterday.
