Never flew to the mainland with Firearms but inter-island I did a lot. Is this only a certain airlines? Hawaiian was always straight forward.

I've used Plasti-dip on my "pluck foam" inserts for my cases and they came out smooth and flawless.

The caliber is .30 - 30 as for any marking Ill have my friend send me some. Its a model 94.
