Sorry if I'm way behind the 8 ball here, but am I correct in my understanding that Peruta was argued again in June of this year? What's the timeline for that decision (if any)? It sounds like progress is being made.

I've been reading about a couple of interesting handguns the last few days that I would strongly consider. When you absolutely need the smallest option, a seecamp lws .32. Or the smallest 9mm, the Rohrbaugh R9. Or if I'm wearing more clothes than usual, maybe a Boberg XR45.

My understanding is the memory foam mattresses get much hotter than the latex variety. I had a latex mattress in Oregon and LOVED it. I'm a hot sleeper so picked it over the memory foam. Also look at the sheets...I hear bamboo sheets are the coolest temp wise. Costco occasionally has road shows for them.

I wear board shorts and a tee the vast majority of the time, so it'd be an lcp (with trigger work) in a pocket holster most of the time. For the other times when possible, most likely an xds .45 in a Garrett Industries IWB or a Kangaroo Carry if I'm dressing up. I had an xds and p938 when I lived in Oregon and was much more accurate with the xds (but dearly loved the p938, work of art).

Aloha,

New to purchasing firearms here in Hawaii. When you guys and gals purchase online for shipment to ffl, are you picking CA legal handguns to fit into the 10 round restriction (when the gun typically comes with a higher round magazine), or ? I understand it's legal if you are a part of a firearm organization to have higher capacity magazines at the range yes? Does that mean that you can purchase handguns with those magazines or do they have to be purchased separately?

New to the site, here on Maui  :shaka: I sold all but my grandfathers service revolver when I moved here, and now regret it and am slowly getting back into things.
