The corrupt 9th issued a stay against Benetiz ruling until a 9th hearing and ruling can be made.  This means mags still not legal until the corrupt 9th makes a final ruling.

The 9th also used public safety to justify this.

Horse shit. Well hopefully it gets to the Supreme Court faster this way.

Corruption at the 9th shows more.

Now the 11 judge pannel is asking both parties if they did things right by skipping the 3 judge panel. WHich means it's likely they will remand this back to the 3 judge panel, then it will go to the 11 judge panel again.

The only tactic the anti 2a have is to delay.

It's so strange to be despised by one's own government

Now you know how the witches of old Salem felt ... or even the targets of the McCarthy hearings in the 1940s and 1950s.

Government always seems to have a "public enemy number one" to go after, all in the name of public safety and decency.
The reasonable man adapts himself to the world;
the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself.
Therefore, all progress depends on the unreasonable man.
