No gun related, but what things do you buy now that you're older and have money. Things you couldn't buy/afford as a kid.
Example:
My friend is an engineer at Pearl Harbor. With his first paycheck, he bought the Lego Deathstar and Ironman replica helmet (red and yellow). I asked why and he stated the above.
My rollerblade post made me think of this.
For me, it's video game system/accessories. Often when I was younger, I had to get the grades in order for my parents to buy me a new game or wait till xmas/birthday to get a new system. Now I can just buy what ever I want. The irony is I only play 1 game at a time because when changing between games, the button configuration is different and I end up tossing a grenade instead of reloading, thus killing my teammates.
And I stick to only 1 system now. When I was younger, I had Super NES, Play Station 1, Playstation 2. So I had a special adapter so I don't have to keep unplugging each unit to the TV when I want to use it. Recently, I bought a PS5 to play the new COD. The last system I had was maybe 4 years old (XB1).
I've also been really into juice now. Parents wouldn't allow me to drink juice (fear of cavities). And it did pay off, I have zero cavities so far. But over the years, I've been buying juice as I see them look good in the coolers at various places. Or get lemonade at restaurants instead of water.
