Me too! :thumbsup:  Except lately I was getting my oxtails from Schofield commissary.  Cheaper but only by a little bit.  My mother in law is getting up there in age so my wife and I bring her (Her husband was retired Army-Deseased) every other week or so and I ask her to buy me some oxtails and I pay her back.

In fact, I have everything I need to make some today.  Or tomorrow.  I still haven't decided.  Good oxtail takes time to make.  When I rush it comes out junk.
