site says is approved by ATF as long the shotgun came with a pistol grip from factory in the first place

or the Serbu Super shorty which is not classified as a shotgun, but as AOW "any other firearm".

To me both are shotguns....

This where it gets tricky with states laws such as Hawaii and federal or when those bump fire stocks first came out.

BTW what is the 22lr zipgun is classified as? Pistol? Does it take those ruger BX 25 magazines?

The problem is that Hawaii does not legally define a shotgun or a rifle, only a pistol.

Relying on the ATF interpretations of those devices could prove costly in legal fees.

Does a living, breathing attorney have to set up a trust or a corporation?
God, guns, and guts made America. Let's keep all three!

Not often I read "trust" and "attorney" in the same sentence!
