I get the impression that he's a groundskeeper but I only see him walking around making a strange whistling noise.   Anybody know what the deal is with him?

I was told if you see a weird dude walking around the range making strange whistling sounds not to talk to him.

That's the spirit of the guy who committed suicide at the range a couple months ago.  The strange noise is from the wind whistling through the bullet hole in his head...
