KEL TEC 9 MM DRUM

A friend just moved to Hawaii  recently, he has a few 9mm drums for his KELTEC carbine.. I informed him that it was illegal to have them here because the will fit into a Glock..... is there anyway the block it or should he sell them to Law officers, or last maybe put em in the trash? ???

If you going throw um away give um to me.

If not tell him leave it in the mainland with family or someone he trusts.
I'm sure a gun shop could modify the mags to fit only into the carbine if you wanted to go that route as well.

We can modify the mags and the gun so the mags won't fit the pistol.
