Demand a full financial audit of the Board of Education for the last 40 years (since the last full audit), and all agencies under the C&C authority. 

Investigate the millions of missing dollars from their allocations.  We KNOW there are going to be millions and millions missing.  That is reported every other year with this office or that agency.  There is never an investigation and no firings.  Just, "Oh, well.  Not as bad as it could have been! Let's move forward!"  Code for "What you gonna do to me?  Everybody else is dirty, too!"
