I just love where this store is located, I always impulse buy and SEC just happens to be where I drive by most days.  I've bought like 5+ guns from them this year just cuz I happen to pop in and see something which just happen to attract my eye.  They are also so close to HPD that it doesn't require me to fight traffic to go back and forth from the gun store to hpd main station to reg guns.

I used to work there when SEC was on Hauoli St.  They've been in 5 locations that I know of--Kaheka St. (across from old HPD), Hauoli St., corner of King and Kaheka (2 story bldg across the street from the piano store), Beretania across new HPD (next to Taiyo Ramen) and Young St.  Lots of good deals over the years.

I love security equipment, they are probably my favorite store on island.  Parking is easy, its in a convenient location, prices are always fair, and ammo prices even fairer.  They have even cut good deals for me and my family since we have bought from them often.  Their counter help is top notch, and they don't mind talking shop and showing you whatever you want to see if they are not too busy.

Ogc would be a closer second, if I didn't have to sometimes park two blocks away.
