I saw it on Amazon Prime Video. I think it might be on Netflix also.

Please watch it. I hope it helps all of us kamaainas get healthier and ready for action, whatever that may be.

No mumbo jumbo. This is all backed up scientific evidence.

I talked to my wife seriously about this way of eating. She is a bit reluctant but can't ignore that the documentary makes good sense.

For some of us (me included) you will LOVE this diet. I am not kidding!

Some people may really be against this, but again, I think what they said makes complete logical sense.

It will be a bit more expensive to pull off though. You will see what I mean.
