The FACT that he was told they didn't need him to follow says more than enough, safe to say he chose to ignore that right.

For someone who claims others can't read, you don't read so good yourself, huh? You claim he was told to stay in the vehicle. Should be an easy FACT to prove, but in FACT you cannot, because that never happened.

The FACT is that you are purposefully being argumentative and evasive after making claims you cannot substantiate, and that probably means you are, as I originally stated, misinformed or willfully ignorant of the real facts and are instead trying to forward your own agenda without regards to the FACTS.....I think some here would call that being a troll....me, I just call it being stupid.

Obviously you don't really mean what your tag line says.....'cause you really don't know what you don't know....

Sorry, dude.
   "Are you following him?"
   "Yeah."
"Okay, we don't need you to do that."

...is FAR from "he didn't leave the kid alone either, even after being told to do so... ".

Thanks for playing, dude!

You have a right to your own opinion, just not to your own facts!  The 911 dispatcher kept asking questions about Martin's location, his attire, his appearance, his age.  How is Zimmerman going to assist the dispatcher without looking at Martin and looking at street signs and apartment numbers?

You really need to stop latching onto this bone.  There's no meat on it!  Every person on every forum that latches onto this little "fact" has been proven incorrect and inconsequential.

Face the facts.  If I follow you, and you then turn to attack me, you need a better justification than "The dude following me looked like a creepy-ass cracker!"

Agenda, what would that be?  As I mentioned before, the operator told him they didn't need him to follow him PERIOD & THAT TOO IS A FACT.

I don't know what your agenda is, maybe you really wanted Zimmerman to be guilty, or that you had previously claimed this was a racial incident and when it wasn't, you just had to stick to your original idea despite any facts to the contrary....whatever that is, it's obvious you aren't really interested in the truth, or as you say, the FACTS....

You have made claims that you still haven't been able to substantiate....as you mentioned earlier, you claim Zimmerman was told to stay in his vehicle....prove it!

As for following Martin, Zimmerman did as he was asked, regardless of any real duty to so so.....

You hit  on the entire reason this whole tragedy happened.

Trayvon was homophobic, and he was convinced Zimmerman was some gay guy after him.

While all this was going on, Trayvon realized he was attracting Zimmerman with the Skittles ....

and he was terrified Zimmerman wanted to "taste the RAINBOW!"

Who said anything about race? You're funny, I'm surprised it took this long for one of you to bring it up. You keep talking in circles, what are you trying to prove? I said what I said & will stand by it, if you all want to take things out of context that's on you I could really care less cause when it's all said and done I have way better things to do then to appease your ever so swollen ego's. This thread if nothing else showed your agenda. Good luck with law school... lol, I have the transcripts... who does that. It's been fun, well funny anyway. #Semantics

If you followed the trial at all, you'd know the 911 dispatcher testified (1) dispatchers are not allowed to give commends like "stay in your vehicle" to callers because of potential liability issues, and (2) when the dispatcher suggested he didn't need Zimmerman to follow Martin, Zimmerman stopped.

The rest is all based on an eye witness who saw Martin on top of Zimmerman and Zimmerman crying for help while being beaten.

You are latching onto a myth, that the 911 operator ordered Zimmerman to stay in the vehicle.  That was started by an AP journalist.  The same type of journalist who lied about hearing racial slurs on the 911 call, and the way a certain network altered the call to make it sound like Zimmerman volunteered that Martin looked black, instead of answering a question made by the dispatcher.

The whole "He was told to stay in the car" argument is based on a MYTH.  You like Google so much, Google THAT!  Trying to use the 911 call is not going to support your claim, since the dispatcher TESTIFIED IN COURT he DID NOT issue a command or order.

I mentioned race because it seems to be one of those polarizing factors, and one that some people cannot get over despite the facts. Sorta like you, you know, someone who refuses to let those pesky little facts get in the way of any logical decision making. I'm betting, and this is pure speculation based on your unwillingness to actually discuss facts and defend your position with said facts, that you were one of those folks that immediately after the event cried loud and long about this being a racial thing. And, as the facts became known and fearing for your fragile ego, insisted on maintaining your position and did anything you could to try and twist the facts to your agenda. Sorta like claiming the 911 operator told him to stay in the car and never being able to produce that portion of the call from the transcripts. Any circular discussions have been yours, which again, is a sure sign of an argument bereft of facts. What am I trying to prove? Nothing, except making sure the facts are known and that small, undeveloped minds like yourself, who as you have demonstrated repeatedly, are prone to hyperbole and misinformation, aren't left unchecked to spread confusion.

So, this is what you've said during the course of this "discussion." Let's see you stand by what you said....

Did it to himself... he didn't leave the kid alone either, even after being told to do so...

Actually, he was by the 911 operator who was definitely within their purview to tell him do so which he choose to ignore.

lol, facts are checked, you should look into yours.  Google is your friend 911 tapes are public. Oh & you're right, following and confronting are two very different things and if I recall correctly one was in a vehicle in which they were told to stay in and the other on foot minding their own business.

Each and every one of your assertions have been debunked with facts readily available, and which, on many occasions, provided for you. Yet you persist in claiming facts you cannot produce to substantiate your position. You sir, are a clear example of the twisted and failed logic, and manufactured "truths" that are the hallmark of the anti-gun, anti-self-defense crowd.
