Question about building a AR from a lower up.

Hi,

I am thinking about me picking up ar complete lower and then buying a upper in the future.  I been hearing mixed things and i want to know what is the correct answer. After i register my lower do I need to register it again once i get a top?

No. Just don't break the local laws with regards to an SBR.

With respect to an SBR, do not be guilty of constructive possession either. Don't have a short barrel on an upper anywhere, period.
