 Do you need any other Otis tools to pull it thru or use it?  Looks like a possibile  buy.  Gotta look for some user reviews,  is this new?

I think it's pretty new. The advantage to it is you can attach brushes to it or something. I had a hard time finding reviews for it. I'm going to get one and try it out
