Someone please volunteer to compile the information into a one page handout - we will distribute it on facebook, the internet, gun shops, local stores, etc.

Make the flyer -- I will get the word out.  Include highlights (like the NRA ila did) but most of the contact information for the "main people" ie: the ones on the next comittes and stuff.

That's a possibility.  But by choosing such an ally, we then alienate the other half of the gun-owning populace.  2A is an American right, guaranteed to all.  It's really best (IMHO) to focus our efforts on our efforts. 

so,  didnt get time off to make it to the range today(Ukumehame).  my buddy went,  said they/someone passed out some handouts about this bill. 

He said, nobody seemed to really care.  He talked to a guy with a 50 bmg there,  the guy didnt seem to be worried, said there's ways around that, something about a .499 cal bullet. (not sure if he was talking about the 416 barret) but, youd still have to swap barrels id imagine.  (the guy just didnt seem to give a shit,  according to my buddy)

I wasnt there, this is just what I was told by my buddy.  take it for what its worth... 

Who else can I contact, write a letter to?  I havent yet, but, Im strongly guessing my rep. Fontaine will not vote for this bill.  so, if my rep. is on board,  what else can I contribute?

At least write Fontaine, to be sure =).  You can go through the list of reps.. that you think could vote against.

Write, or better yet, call, the members of the committees the bill will be head in. You don't have to be one of "their" constitutes to voice your concerns.

Don't worry about it.  Some folk's just don't show their concern like we do. 
The main point is he/we get the message out there.  Hopefully folks can understand that even though the law may not affect them directly, any new restrictive legislation that passes makes it that much easier for them to pass stricter control in the future.

+1 on that!  Even though they will probably vote for it, let them know that there are people out here that oppose this!
