Personally, I'd like to "discuss" the Tupuola case with Carlisle about him sayit's OK of soneone to have shot him.
   Bet he has no concpt of history being changed and going in another direction if Tupuola was shot and the wife "saved"

Most likely that discussion will be over the heads of most involved........

This is also a good time to see where the new Attorney General stands on firearms.

Kaneshiro is supposed to be a pretty staunch anti. I would love to have the Tupuola case come up. And, Carlisle said, in reference to the incident, that "it may have been justified" to have utilized deadly force.

Yeah, he didn't do too well, did he....."tell'em to buy their own ammo.....Isn't that kinda hard to do with out a gun registration. Well tell them to get a gun....Can't do that unless they take a class. Oh" I can hear him in the office tomorrow: (to law clerk) Get me the summaries of Warren v. DC and Castlerock V. Gonzales, would you please....I saw him a few months ago before, before the election, eating lunch. He had two big guys with baggy aloha shirts and badly printing firearms with him.....guess if you can afford armed protection or get it from the .gov, you don't have any reason to carry a firearm for personal protection.

I want everyone to know that Chris helped me prep, spending his evening posing questions to me in a little mock of what we anticipated tonight. Without hesitation I can say that without his help I would not have done as well as I did. Several of the things that he brought up last night were brought up on air.
