I used to have a swivel pistol fore grip on my 870  just so that my wrist angle would be at a 45 degree angle when shooting and racking the pump for a more secure , natural  and comfortable grip.  I now have a gas pedal and shorty fore grip on my AR for that same feel since no one  (that I know of) makes a 45 degree fore grip (damn I should have invented one!). If you go to a tactical class or hang with tac instructors or swat guys, every time they demonstrate something with an invisible rifle in their hands try and notice there forward hand goes in to that 45 degree angle all the time lol

I actually been using this technique on my ar.... its in the name. But one thing I noticed is a little more fatigue in longer engagements. But im still currently using this technique minus the crab search.  I just turn my head for that hahaha.
