Nordyke? I thought Parker (the forerunner to Heller) held that honor?

Yes. Nordyke gave incorporation first - even prior to Heller! The case only lasted like a decade :P

When someone breaks the law, they usually get sent to jail right?  Since the Constitution is the highest law of the land, shouldn't something happen to those that break and disregard the constitution?

It's too bad that it doesn't work that way.

It's called due process.  If nobody (for example, Eric Holder, the US Attorney General)  investigates and files charges, then nothing happens to the oath-breaker, (fill in your own example here).
