Agree, Tom_G.

I personally think that the more compelling issue is the original intent/approval of the Complex.

If the 440 targets exceed the original intent/approval of the Complex, then sadly, as others have pointed out, because the City has been placed on notice, anything beyond the original intent/approval (100 yard line) may be a thing of the past.
There are pipes in the ground at 200 and 300yds for target stands.  The only difference from the 100yd pipes is the width.  This leads me to believe that the range was designed for 200 and 300 yd paper targets.

I'd love to see some evidence that supports this "belief" that you have.
Sorry bro but "pipe width" don't got me convinced.

Give the guy a chance mac. It'll set precedence for me in the future.  "I can drive 100mph any time or place cause that's the max my gauges show. It should be common sense!!!!"
