Oh, I didn't know the numbers were the caliber sizes. So does that mean the "Lightweight Contour Barrel, 556" comes only as a Mid system with 14.5" and 16"? Does the length of the barrel determine if it's carbine or mid?

1) Not necessarily - manufacturer's update their inventory constantly so just cuz you don't see it one day doesn't mean necessarily that they don't make it, they could just be out of stock.  You can contact their sales dept to make sure if they do make it and when they might expect it back in stock if they do.

2) The barrel length really doesn't dictate where the manufacturer puts the gas block holes  - you could place the gas block wherever you wanted so longs as you had the gas port holes in the right place.

Because Gas System length is not tied to any one particular barrel length, you get all kinds of different and unique choices.  You'll see on the Noveske site something called and intermediate length which from what I can tell is somewhere in between Mid and Rifle length.  I also know that Knight's also does something similar to Noveske and that they have a unique gas system length that is somewhere between mid length and rifle length.

you are missing the lower parts kit
a complete kit will come with a mil-spec trigger, but you will not use that

I think you're missing the trigger guard unless you already got one or your lower came with one.  Your buffer tube assembly comes with the castle nut already, but I see you also have another one in your list so that might be a duplicate unless you're going to swap one out for the other.

You can get a LPK without trigger group-DPMS, CMMG among others, I've bought them from SEC, OGC and KGS although it looks like you're going all mail order. I think you are missing the take down and pivot pin detents and springs and the buffer retainer and retainer spring which would be in a LPK.

I see a take down pin but no front pivot pin, also an item that's included in a LPK. You're getting a stripped upper, you may or may not want to install an ejection port cover, and I didn't see a charging handle.
