Talked to Ed Masaki, really nice guy.  Told me to pick up the sights I want and he'll install them onto my 1911, successful day in my eyes :)  Thanks Bigkahuna808 for the suggestion.

Glad that worked out for you, Ed is a nice guy and a font of information on the 1911. Picked up a new card when I stopped by to show my daughter the Dragon gun, really enjoyed the "Obama Special Edition" as well!

It was good to meet more fellow 2a HI members, special thanks to Mac and Dirty, my daughter really likes the stickers, and I really appreciate the brass. Thanks guys!
So I ended up with a bunch of .300 blackout brass, and bullets, and learned a little more about the load, definitely a good day!  :shaka:

Today i was almost tempted to buy that LWRC rifle from X-Ring but instead end up only buying 2 plastic ammo cans from S.E. booth & couple CCI Mini Mags from J. Hara, suprising they had some left. It was nice to also see some of you 2A members there  :shaka:

On Sat I was the 5th one in the door and walk straight to the Sec area. Line was super long. Thanks to the Sec guys and other Vendors for some great deals and they work very hard. They must be tired tonight. Met Armsinc, with big arms, and the HDF crew.

got there late due to a dentist appointment but I was able to avoid that crazy line. Only thing I had in mind to definitely buy were speedloaders but didn't see any. Ended up buying 2 Ranger Up t-shirts from Mojo Tactical and a Ka-Bar TDI knife (forgot the vendor's name though). Almost bought an Arisaka but was scared off by ammo availability.

Just going for the X-Ring gurls.

If I find a .357 Mag wheelie, I'll take it.
Maybe a a new .177 or .22 air rifle

I know I saw one on the far left side when you walk in. I believe it was a stainless w/ wood grip S&W 357mag 4" barrel. It was pretty pricey too, looked like it was $800, then changed to $900. Hope you found another one for cheaper though.

Thanks dog.

Must have been gone by the time I got there.
At $900, I could get a S & W 66, 69 and even the 686 as around there.

Funny how I thought ALL used guns were overpriced and comparable or more than New.
C'mon boy's, the panic buying is over. :shake:

Hawaii's market is very slow to react. I think based on our location sellers have little reason to adjust their prices.
