What Ammo Do You Load In Your Primary HD/SD Weapon?

Just wanna see what everyone is using these days. Not trying to start a debate over which caliber is best, or what brand is better. Normally, I load up with 230gr. JHP Hydra Shoks in .45ACP, but for now, I have temporarily switched over to some 125gr. JHP .357 Magnums. Don't need to know what weapon is used, so as not to start a debate over which or what is best either.

124gr. hydra -shok JHP for 9mm pistol; for primary rifle, .357mag 158gr. JSP.

158 gr. LSWC .38 special in the "bedside companion," and 110 gr. FMJ in the M1 carbine.

I have 2 rifles but my home defense guns would be my handguns. That being said I'm not brand-specific but I buy hollow points for the home and FMJ for the range for all my handguns.
