Supreme Court may hear Drake case (Read 2105 times)

Supreme Court may hear Drake case

From what I've been hearing and reading, we will find out Monday whether scotus is going to hear the Drake case.  For those who don't know, it is similar to the other "justifiable need" reason cases to be issued a carry permit.  If they hear it and decided that self defense is a good reason for cc, then it will be a major win.  Thoughts?

We've been discussing the case and what it's having been re-listed twice might, or might not, mean.
