I have been looking hard for a decent OWB holster for a Kahr PM9, just can not find one I like. Anybody got a suggestion for a place on Oahu that sells good holsters? Really looking for a kydex style but if something else feels and functions better I can be flexible. Alright guys thanks

I checked out a few vids on the youtube, looks fairly basic to do; I think. Have you made them by chance Q? Was it very complicated? Where would you suggest to buy the rivets, belt loops and other hardware for the holster? I found some kydex on ebay for a pretty good price.

Bladetech makes nice stuff and if you decide to make your own you can get misc hardware from them too.  I got sheets of kydex from Amazon for good deals. They have all thicknesses and colors.  You can also get aluminum screws that I personally think look better than those rivets.  Amazon also has those screws (Chicago screws).  City mill also has those screws.

Yeah, I checked his webpage out his stuff looks really nice. I don't think the lead time is very long either.

Thanks Dexter! I may try and stop buy next weekend when I am over there with my lower for that trigger adjustment, maybe I will pick up some kydex too when I am there. It's gonna be a full weekend hope I can make it, not over there very often.

Safariland makes the best quality Kydex holsters IMO. 

Just an update on my holster search. I found a company called KT Holsters that have  really nice product as well as price point. Check them out if your looking for a Kydex type holster and magazine pouch gear. CS has been excellent so far and lead time is about 2 weeks. I need mine for a DHG class and Harvey over at KT Holsters said he would be certain to get it to me on time

Thanks for the info Kekoa.  I really wanted the 5.11 thumbdrive holster for my G17 with Inforce APL but they don't make light bearing ones     That KT holster looks awesome and there's no 2 month+ wait time like some other companies, looks like I'll be ordering soon.

This is not local as I haven't lived there for a while. I have and use a FIST,INC. holster model #1K clip holster for either my PM9 or PM40 as they are both the same size on the outside. I usually have my PM40 with me and will place it in the holster between my belt and pants, a personal preference. I notice on their website the model numbers have changed slightly and appears the pant hook they use is also different than mine. If interested, you may want to contact them.

G-Code holsters are molded, but I think they are top quality.  I really like their attachment setup with the RTI wheel.

Thanks Chris, G-Code would probably be my second choice, I like the RTI wheel also but I just checked their FAQs and they don't make a holster to fit the Inforce APL.  Also their turnaround time is anywhere from 4-10+ weeks  , KT Mech is about 2 weeks.
