Speaking of Sports Authority, does anyone know what is up with their hunting supplies section? They haven't restocked in four months now. All the shelves are practically empty. No gun oil, no cleaning kits. All the long gun bags are gone; empty rack.

I ask those guys every month when they are gonna resupply, and they say they don't know...they placed orders months ago but merchandise just isn't coming in.

I've noticed the SGL-21's have been showing up at a lot of shops other than KGS.. STEELRULE mentioned to me a few days ago where they were popping up at...All at competitive prices between the $799-$850 range...  "COMPETITON of the GUN SHOPS"

I bought at least one firearm from every dealer on Oahu. A couple I will never patronize ever.

How does magnum stay in bussiness?  There prices are like $250 over most shops.  Who would shop there?

Strange that no one voted for them, theres always a lot of people there that don't know about other shops......

I wont lie, I bought 2 rifles that no one else had on the island and was hard to find online.....

I paid like $200 more than what the rifles would cost had they been available somewhere (anywhere) else.....

All they have to do is sell one gun, and that should take care of the rent......

Me personally I have only bought firearms from 2 shops listed. (the rest are grandfathered shops in house)

and there are a few on the list I would never buy from.

There are deals to be had everywhere. Might not be that $999 colt 6920 but deals are out there.

With that said there are those who rip people on the daily. Guy at Gunsource tried to convince me that the same colt 6920 pre Sandy Hook was regular $2499. I mean the guy was very personable and helpful but man $2499 regular priced 6920's? What a crock! Like he was doing me a favor for selling me a colt for $2499. To add insult to injury he said he could give me deals on mods if I bought today. Thanks but no thanks.

I agree that you guys are about service. Every time I go in there, i feel like a good friend rather than like some other shops where they treat me like just another annoying customer. Its nice at xring.
