I ordered an upper and lower parts kit from JSE Surplus. They had quick shipping and shipped my order out the next business day.

Well that's all well and good but I did have a problem. First, the handguard on the upper was wrong. I believe they just shipped the wrong upper as they have many similar models in stock. The second problem was the lower parts kit had a hole in the bag and several pieces were floating around the box and a few others were missing.

I called up the phone number listed on their website and talked to Dawn (I think). She said just ship back the upper and she'd send the correct item and reimburse me for the shipping costs. She also sent out the missing parts from the LPK right away. When I got the upper back, it was packed with a shirt inside. Just my size too.

You can't always have your orders right, but I believe the way a company deals with the mishaps shows what kind of company they are.

Once a wrong part from Redding (reloading products company) was sent to me by mistake by Sinclair Intl.  I called Redding, since it was in a kit, by the end of the week I had the piece I needed in my hands.  They even said to keep the other part, thus saving me the cost of shipping it back to them.  Top notch!
