Quote
Some pictures have started to make their way around the internet today showing a sniper nest at Sunday’s Super Bowl. They feature a state-of-the-art rifle set up in a box high above the field. But now the question is: Are the pictures real? The answer: it seems that way.

Hmmm.... a Remmy in an XLR chassis...
So the govt. pushes for more gun control but trains guns on the populace?
I doubt the photo is real.

Real?  Yes.  Not sure why people would find this to be shocking unless if they listen to too much Alex Jones.  It should be comforting to know that there are such security measures in place to protect the American citizens at an event where a terrorist would love to strike.

I am a believer in the Constitution, smaller Fed, less intrusion, more power in the State and the support of the citizen.  Having said that, this type of tin foil hat rhetoric is misplaced and not helpful.  It only makes sense that an event of this magnitude is rightfully designated as a high stake target for a terrorist, mass casualty type of situation that rightfully deserves high security measures.  It's not as if these guys are randomly going to open fire on people getting popcorn at half time.

I mean seriously turn down the dial on the rhetoric.  There are great people out there in a LE uniform trying to protect the great people of this great nation.

No to Alex Jones and the tin foil hat.
My comment of the photo is wrong given your clarification.
