I've had 2A blocked while trying to use the wifi at a couple different hospitals. Anybody else had this happen?

Yes. Most hospital wifi networks block anything firearms or weapons related.

Any insight as to the clinical legitimacy of their censorship, or is it just the usual anti-gun hysteria?

Open Questions:

1- Which hospitals are doing this?
2- Are you absolutely sure?
3- Does anyone know how they would determine what is gun related and what is not?

I usually interface the forum via the Tapatalk app. I work under the umbrella of a large coral colored hospital but at a separate central Oahu location and I can access 2aHI through our network but most other weapons or firearms websites are blocked. I have been blocked at Pali Momi, QMC and Kapiolani in the past. My theory is that it is anti gun bias and also the fact folks believe guns/weapons in themselves are inherently evil.

Not just hospitals, thought it might be interesting if they were blocking other sites that were not "Politically correct" such as this school was busted doing:

the admin can reclassify the site under non weapons.
most public hotspots block such site under the weapons and adults catagories,

ar15.com has an alternate work friendly mirror site called familyhobby.com

Can always just use LTE and not use Wi-Fi.
