Can someone tell me the name of the young skinny asian guy there? I shook his hand and got his name. Then forgot it as soon as i left.

Another option I've grown to appreciate is Kam Bakery, those Taro Donuts are awesome.

moved already
across from young's fish market
in the old gem's store area
went yesterday
buttermilk donut was old, burnt, and oily
taro doughnuts were ok
malassadas not as good as before
i think they are still getting used to the new equipment at the new location

Unfortunately true, not the same as before  :( I hope they get it all worked out soon.

i am thinking the old equipment was "seasoned" and inaccurate on temps
if they have new equipment, it is probably more accurate on temps, so they are off on their timing and temps
and they are probably so busy, they don't notice or cannot adjust/troubleshoot

on another note, liliha bakery at the old sam choy's BLC says "opening soon"
 :D
