Just got back fom maui...very tired
Planning to test pistol ammo on Sunday morning.

Cruised by rifle range saw some Good Ole boys with awesome steel targets shooting standing with their Moisin. Look like so much fun. Planning on shooting big bores tomorrow anybody like recoil come on by and say Hi  . If you'd like to proof test your targets better yet.  Lol

You shooting big bore at koko head? whats the biggest you can shoot? i read online 50 bmg is a no go. And i heard people claim that 338 lapua is banned also.

Don't shoot my 50 BMG @ Kokohead of course. Shoot my 338 Lapua & win mag and other bigger stuff all the time. Bring some steel and let's play.

Ive only shot once at koko head with a friend at the silhouette side. Things are alot different there vs the range on maui. I plan on shooting more often in oahu but weekdays. Only have pistols in oahu. Havent brang any of my rifles down. i sold my 338 and 300 win mag. Only thing i got big now is my 50 but cant shoot that there and i dont enjoy lugging that thing around. its more of a pain then anything. At what distances can you shoot steel at? i was thinking of bringing my ai aw in 308 down. trying to get my gf into shooting more. shes deathly afraid of the 50. idk why. think its more the sound shes afraid of.

Live @ the silhouette range since rifle range is limited to 100 yards. Still gotta go fling lead on rifle side. Love to hunt Maui, Up country or Kaupo side. Only hunted with my M82 on Lanai & Big Island for Mouflon. Sooo Good fun...
