He never recognize me at first bc I dropped some weight. Now a lean, mean, magnum machine!
But I had to tap out early today bc my new model 29 and some Magtech ammo had some serious recoil. Hammer cut my hand so I called it a day after the blood started. That's ok. I'll live. Play with fire, get burned.

Last time I was shooting old factory loads that I had for years.  Hot Winchester loads.  I cut the web of my palm from the recoil.  Oweeee.  The wooden factory grips that come with the 29 is nice and all but junk.

I went out today to distribute flyers for  Moanalua HS Air rifle team. Just trying to get more people to chip in to their fundraising effort.

Me too. Last week was shooting some pretty hot 240 grain ammo and cut the web of my hand. With the hogue grip it's a little better. But now I will reload at reduced power for this gun. Probably better for my hand and less stress on the gun too. Maybe some 180 grain LSWCHP at reduced power. 44 minus P ammo 

Anybody lose a laser bore sight thingy at the range last week?

How's the rifle side on Sundays in the afternoon time?  Wanted to take the wife and shoot some rounds, but forgot to make a reservation online.

Saw oldfart again yesterday 
I was there with my friend and his son. Next time they will be enrolled in the Stangzilla pistol 101 class. We will go over basic safety and basics of pistol shooting. Get them more on target, safe handling of a pistol, just some basic stuff that should help them. I wont even bring my guns bc I want to devote my time to teach them correctly

The Stangzilla pistol 101 class will cover basic safety, stance, grip, and trigger squeeze. That should be plenty to digest for 1 day
After that, the Stangzilla revolver 101 class 🤠
