Talked to my friend whos an RO that's supposed to be working tomorrow. he said he never got the word from mike that the range is gonna be open so it's still closed as of now.

As of 7:30 PM Friday, 08 August 2014, no official word has been received on the opening of the Koko Head Shooting Complex. As a result, the Metallic Silhouette Range will be closed for Saturday and Sunday, 09 & 10 August 2014.

Although current conditions seem to indicate fair weather, it is best to error on the side of caution. Future weather events are still not certain. To avoid uncertainty and confusion, the Metallic Silhouette Range will remain closed through Sunday.

Even if at a later date and time this weekend other ranges in the complex are determined to be open, the Metallic Silhouette Range will remain closed through Sunday, 10 August 2014.

Pass this information on to others.

Unfortunately KHSC will be closed for the weekend. Will reopen on Wednesday

Damn it all to heck!!!  I am going to boycott the range for the next 4 days because of this.   That will teach them.

Confirmed -- Passed by and saw some cones and a sign saying that the range is closed.

Come on Mr. Mayor open it back up.  I have loads to test.

One of the RO's came by the store today and said the Pistol side will be open.

I asked him if he was sure and he said yes.....

But I dont know what to say! so hopefully someone will post something.
