Visited their page and noticed the stripped lowers and LPK's.  I don't see any complete uppers yet.  Anyway, wasn't sure where to put this but figured someone might be interested.

Given my recent experience with PSA (refusing to take responsibility for lost packages that the shipment of which I was never even informed), I would recommend buying from elsewhere.

Plus whenever you have to call them its 10-30 minutes on hold, and they do NOT respond to email.

Have they started to ship to Hawaii?  Asked them once and they said I had to ship to a forwarder.  Didn't think that would work for FFL items so I never bothered with them after that.

They ship to Hawaii but when checking out it's not listed on the drop down menu. I use Montana as the state but put my correct zipcode. They fiquire it out

They do. They also decided to ship an item via ground mail.

Guess what it was? A flash suppressor.

Yes, rather than .. oh I don't know.. put it in a small flat rate box? They shipped it ground.

Perfect I may stock up and oreder a couple for a future project.

I have purchased a few lowers and other items before.  Like mentioned, before they did not have Hawaii listed in the drop down menu, most likely took 3 to 4 weeks for my items to actually ship after placing the order and really long wait time when calling customer service.  But with cheap prices I don't mind the long wait.

I was anxious to see these, but they look pretty plain jane.  The Aero Precision set looks alot nicer for about the same price.

I can deal with waiting, it's their poor customer service that will prevent me from ordering again.

I ordered a BCG.. great price.. quality looks fine. It came loose in a box.. No packaging.. nada. So basically inside the box was the BCG bouncing around with the thin plastic shelf-hanger it had fallen out of.. as tends to happen when you have a loose metal object bouncing around in a box.

Granted, it's a BCG so no big deal.. but what if it was an optic or something else? Ever heard of bubble wrap? wadded paper? Something?

When I spoke to their CS (inquiring as to where the rest of my missing order was) and mentioned the poor packing job, the poor girl said "yeah.... they tend to do things like that" in a very defeated way.. subtext.. the guys that pack shit don't give a shit and they do stuff like this all the time.

Anyway, according to USPS the rest of my order which was placed a month ago is finally here on Monday (the same order which they never even informed me they shipped until I called them about it.. wasting 30 minutes of my life on hold).

Was it worth saving $30? For me, no.. not given the immense hassle and delay. For you? Maybe.

This isn't 2013 - lots of places with AR parts in stock and much better service.
