So the other link provided states she is an RN for the US Army.  Whatever the case I am sure some of her co-workers will recognize her in the vid.  I'm sure her superiors will eventually see the vid as well.  If she is in the military, what type punishment, if any, would she be facing?  After all, it doesn't take much digging to find info on someone nowadays.

On a side note I thought it was funny.  I have a tendancy to add fuel to the fire and push her buttons if I was sitting in that situtation.

I'd put money that they already do know. And I haven't seen a situation quite like this one, but she will likely get in quite a bit of trouble. It probably wouldn't be enough to revoke her commission, but depending on her history, it could be the final straw.

Conduct unbecoming an officer is an offense punishable under UCMJ.  It could draw an administrative punishment like letter of reprimand, article 13, or downgrade for next promotion eval. 

If this gets into her record, her career progression will be hindered if not halted.  The flip side in her favor is she is probably close to, if not already eligible for, retirement.  She could be asked to take retirement and that might be all that happens.

If people drove as fast as they can walk/run a lot of road rage/tempers can be minimized.

She should be demoted before retirement, so everytime she gets a smaller retirement check, she can remember to not be an asshole.

If I were the commander, I'd recommend retirement with a general discharge.  That isn't as bad as dishonorable discharge, but anything other than honorable raises questions for employers.

With all the people being involuntarily separated from the military the last 3 years, this person is allowed to stay?  I say make room for someone else.

Seems like someone with "issues" like this hefty (who the hell is she to call the guy fat?) loudmouth broad has probably left a trail of other verbal abuses.

Good points about UCMJ, but I don't know that she could be that close to retirement as an O-3.

I know many officers who retired as O-3.
