Where do you all get your steel ak mags from?  If I recall correctly, I haven't seen surplus steel ak mags in stores.  I know there's ak pmags, but surplus steel mags are great too and cheap.  Aim Surplus usually has, but they don't ship to Hawaii  >:(  Not sure about Atlantic Firearms.  I've seen the Korean new production ones here, but have read negative things about them.

These guys have flat rate shipping to Hawaii, and will ship standard capacity magazines or will block them if you desire. Ordered from them a few times and have always had a good experience.

I check here frequently.  Before the panic I picked up Bulgarian surplus NIW for under $20. Stay away from Korean mags.  Bulgarian and Russian are top notch,  cant speak for the rest.

Bulgarian, Russian, Yugo mil surplus are good.  But prices high.  Mil Chinese mags are in high demand.
Should  wait for the Magpul Gen 2 AK mags to come out, hopefully soon.   Should be able to get these locally when they hit retail.
Reviews of Korean, Croatian mags kinda sketchy.
CDNN also ships to HI but sometimes shipping is high.  44mag is good.  Cope's has some good deals on mil-surp East block mags and used to ship to HI but not sure what their policy is now.

Climags.com got good deals. Usually flat rate shipping. Had many transactions with them no problem. Usually got deals on romy mags under 10 bucks each. Usually order 12 at a time to make the shipping worth it. Like 9-12 buck med flat rate box

I was looking for the cheapest Circle 10 mags and I wouldn't mind finding some of those Red Bakelite mags.

Tried ordering some AR mags from 44mag.com last week and they changed their policy. No more 10+ round capacity magazines to Hawaii anymore. I'm not sure when they changed their policy, they wouldn't tell me.  :wtf:

Scratch them off the list of mainland dealers I buy stuff from!

Ordered 3/14, at my door 3/17.  I ordered Hungarian Good-to-Very-Good, some minor blemishes but I'm stoked.

Price of the yugos are higher than average, but I like your shipping time.

Wish they had more options for bho variations

Used to give them lot of business before.  That sucks.
