I would figure the HK to be a way better gun because the barrel is longer 4.09" vs 4.00" for the PPQ.
I would figure the accuracy for people like Macsak would be a lot greater and help pull tighter groupings.

One thing I noticed in the video is you can hear and see how far the reset is on the HK. But I'm sure
if you send it to a Pro-Shop and rework the trigger for $250 it will blow the PPQ into the weeds!

The smaller grip on the HK will also fit Macsak's hands better.  But then again in the video they did not
mention if they changed the backstrap on the PPQ to the smaller one.

But I have not shot a VP9 yet, But I would like to if anyone wants to let me try.

I've been wanting a PPQ M2 since it came out.  OGC had one in stock for a while there, but I had other things on my "to buy" list.  Then when I finally get the cash for it, the gun sold. . . the day before I went in to pick it up!   :'(

Since then, finding a PPQ, even on special order has been seemingly impossible.  Maybe I'll just have to try the VP9 first instead.   ;D

How about the standard version.  The Navy SD has a threaded barrel, correct?

Can you sell me a can for it as well? (kidding, kidding)

damn that looks good!
wish it had the paddle releases though like all my other Walthers.  Just the way they should be IMO!
talking about the 5" model.  heck this M2 for that matter as well.  it's sweet not having to spend another 250 for the threaded barrel if went M1.  great that I can use the P99 mags though :)

THIS IS MY PERSONAL OPINION ONLY. IT DON'T MEAN CRAP.

I got to play with the VP9 extensively,

The Trigger sucks. Not clean and crisp.

The PPQ Rules.....Especially the Long Slide

I haven't shot either of them but I seriously went shopping for a VP9 the other day at OGC.

I was surprised the VP9 trigger was as bad as it was compared to the PPQ.
And the mags are expensive.

PPQ has a sweet trigger.

And yeah Mac, I dry fired 'em.  >:D

Ended up going with a poor man's PPS, the M&P Shield.

Finally picked up a PPQ M2 Navy today  :)  A worthy successor to the P99.
Want a long slide but will have to wait.  Really need to sell some other guns first.
