What is/are your plan/s on getting around this AP law? 

Guessing these mods needs to be done prior to shipping to Hawaii.  Who or what person/company would do it?

just adding a 8" faux suppressor will work. the stock barrel is 8.3 inches. making the barrel 16.3"

an local FFL can do it or I can do it on the mainland and ship it to your local FFL.

I plan on getting a FFL 01 /SOT 3 on the mainland soon.

I have original and cloned  Galils and been a galil fan since a kid. So I'm sticking with the Israeli stuff.

You mean a Negev ! (Squad Automatic Weapon)   but after seeing the price for a Post sample, I dropped the idea.
IWI is offering sample for sale to SOT.
I think I got most of the light Israeli arsenal besides the Barak SP21
