Apparently it's ok to assault, rape and murder people... Just gotta plead "INSANITY!"... I work 6 days a week so I can provide for my wife and kids, but then we still gotta pay taxes so these people can eat 3 meals a day, use electricity and water...for FREE! :grrr:

Old Sparky, anyone?  Should have strapped him after they found that little girl; would have saved us thousands of dollars, and he wouldn't have been hitting women in the head with padlocks a decade later.
