Not trying to be mean, but since pistol powder is currently almost impossible to get, no one could feasibly provide you with the load you are looking for. My suggestion is you try and find a pistol/shotgun powder you can buy and then ask for a load based on that powder and 115 gr bullets.

Just so you know this last weekend I visited SEC, WGS, YG and X-Ring. None of them had any pistol/shotgun powder. Though 3 of them had some interesting rifle powders and magnum pistol powder. None of which can be used for 9mm.
SCIENCE THAT CAN’T BE QUESTIONED IS PROPAGANDA!!!

You are in good shape bruddah.
Green dot and unique are really good for 9mm.
I have been using xtreme bullets because they make a quality bullet at low prices, have good supply and shipping is fast and cheap.
Look in the reloading section for the gold dot project and the xtp project.
I think the xtreme 124 hollow pt and green dot powder will work well.
What is these 115 gr bullets you got?
Which gun you using?

There are probably a hundred different kinds of 9mm 115gr. Bullets.
That's not an exaggeration.

I can give you some great info but it depends largely on the style and construction of the bullet.
It wouldn't hurt to mic the diameter either. A couple years ago I shot a match and the guy next to me had his 9mm bullets going downrange sideways.
It's not uncommon with newbie 9mm reloaders when the bullet does not fit the bore quite right.
A closeup photo of the side and bottom would suffice.
Measure the weight and diameter.
