Dated November 10th, it advises an inquiring gun owner that “if this device [the SIG SB-15 brace ], unmodified or modified [italics theirs], is assembled to a pistol and used as a shoulder stock, thus designing or redesigning or making or remaking, of a weapon designed to be fired from the shoulder this assembly would constitute the making of a ‘rifle’ as defined in 18 U.S.C. Damn it. Don't know if the letter is legit or not. It's longer and different than the original letter that stirred up everybody in November. Also contains typos

I don't think they are.  THe less people know about this, the more plausible deniability people have.

EDIT:  I hope they do though.  The ATF suddenly changing their stance is retarded and they should be called on it.

it is mounting the weapon..... Could be more accurately shot that way.  Most definitely get your loads off consistently.

Well it seems like the people at SOE had some foresight to make a tactical pouch for it.  So one could carry it around discreetly.

Back to the topic, amazingly enough, I posted a question on http://www.thebangswitch.com/ under the original SIG-TAC SB15 AR-15 Pistol Brace topic on Saturday, 12/27/14.  Amazingly enough Mac posted this on his sight, Did the ATF contradict itself? the very next day.  I doubt a vid of this would be made though.
