Someone in that group should have had a brain and left the gun alone.  If it's in the holster, it's not a threat!  They are very lucky someone's finger didn't find its way to that trigger and make matters worse for themselves.

If this were me on the ground, I would be suing for violation of my constitutional rights:

Yeah, once they inflicted bodily harm by tacking him and held him against his will, they then took his property (gun) and accused him of a crime with no evidence or reasonable suspicion.

As a former Florida resident, I can say that there are a lot of douchebags down there of all political affiliations. Especially the people that shop at Walmart. Florida is a nice place but it seems that the northeast has been pooping rotten people into Florida for decades.
