Yes, G42 was $449 at OGC when they got the first batch.  Next month, SEC had it for less.  Problem is, they only get a few initially, so if you don't pay the asking price right then, it'll be a while before more come in.

I plan to buy one if the price is fair.  My G42 is feeling like an outcast, so another pocket Glock will help balance the collection some.

have PPS here and this might be blasphemy *but* I handled one at the show that the guy stipled and really liked it.  weird as I'm not a glock fan in general but this little one seemed pretty dang comfortable.  I will have to give one more time before any decision as have a substantial investment in the PPS as is (holsters, mags).  but I did like it.  argh haha

I got to test fire the 43 yesterday. It was surprisingly easy to shoot.
Not as much recoil as I expected. The little grip fit me well, but I have small hands.
My initial impression on accuracy is good.
I only fired 5 rounds at 15 yards with cheap 115 ball, but they clustered about 1 inch.

That's awesome Oldfart.  I'm waiting for my 43, it's stuck in registration purgatory - gotta wait the mandatory 2 weeks before I can really call her mine.  I really like the shape and thickness of the grip as well because like you I got small hands so double stack grips tend to not to fit my hand so well.
