A 6.3" subcompact pistol with a rail is like a Toyota Corolla with a tow hitch!

they do have micro sized lasers and flashlights out  . you would of course need a custom kydex or leather iwb holster but if you want it bad enough you can fork the money over for it.
the micro rail mount lasers are especially small.

That's awesome Oldfart.  I'm waiting for my 43, it's stuck in registration purgatory - gotta wait the mandatory 2 weeks before I can really call her mine.  I really like the shape and thickness of the grip as well because like you I got small hands so double stack grips tend to not to fit my hand so well.

Another thought, re small hands...
Just because you have small hands like me doesn't mean you should seek out smaller grip guns.
When I was 8 yrs old my dad dragged me out to the tennis court. He was an instructor for the parks dept.
Though he gave me a racket with a smaller grip, he advocated using a larger grip size.
The theory is that on off center hits, the torque effect on your hand is less with the larger grip.
Think about it. It's simple physics.
The same principle can be applied to pistols.
