We have a Special Occupational Tax   (SOT) 3 from the ATF also know as a Class 3 dealer. This tax allow the corporation or certificate holder to purchase transfer and keep Post Samples tax free.
Some firearms are transferables  and are subject to a $5 or $200 tax. 

Also, the name "pittsburgh" gives away the state as not within the State of Hawaii.

Actually,  it would be legal in Hawaii and SOT are exempt under HRS 134-11

    �134-11  Exemptions.  (a)  Sections 134-7 to 134-9 and 134-21 to 134-27, except section 134-7(f), shall not apply:

     (1)  To state and county law enforcement officers; provided that such persons are not convicted of an offense involving abuse of a family or household member ............

     (3)  To regularly enrolled members of any organization duly authorized to purchase or receive the weapons from the United States or from the State; provided the members are either at, or going to or from, their places of assembly or target practice ..............

lil wayne doesnt rap like that so that was missed joke, and its hard to take someone being a grammar nazi seriously when they end a question with a period.

Its colloquial.   Some people speak like that.  If you speak in perfectly correct english all the time, then fine, but most people dont.

I would so love to own a Thompson.  Of all the guns I have fired, that and the aerial M2 remain my favorites.

Of course, I did not have to pay for the ammo back then, so now they would just be for fondling.................

That full auto 10/22 suppressed looks badass !
