The mint patch is going gangbusters.  This happens twice a year; at the beginning of growing season, and again at the end.  When your mint patch is just beautiful beyond compare, one has no choice but to indulge in mint drinks.  Tonight, it has been mint julips.  I pity da fool that doesn't appreciate mint, sugar, and bourbon!

Sounds great although I prefer my bourbon straight and my mint in mojito's.

It's strange to me, but no less than three people, and possibly more, have approached me IRL  this week and commented on my lack of participation in this thread.  Well, here s what I have to say... JOHNNY WALKER BLACK!!!

Look, I get it.  Not everybody is into alcohol, the same way not everybody is into firearms, Democrats, or heterosexuals.  I really couldn't care less.  But anyone who is feeling froggy, I'll buy the bottle and be joyful to sit across the table from you as we try to empty it.
