i usually return about half of my anderson parts..if that says anything. primary arms has a good return policy so i mostly try value parts from them. anderson quality is a C- but the prices are usually worth a try if youre trying to keep to a budget, especially because they go on sale for even cheaper pricing($12 buffer tubes and $35 uppers   :geekdanc:). usually its better to pay a few more bucks for something else though. but since you already got it, use it! did you get them from danger close? he has good pricing on lowers.

anderson makes this oops kit that has most of the small lower parts that works out perfect if youre planning on using your own mag release, safety, extended takedown pins, trigger etc. its only $10 regular price and goes on sale when lpk's go on sale at primary arms. i bought two for around 15 bucks during black friday. so far thats my favorite anderson 'part'  their buffer tubes have been the worst so far. the two i received looked like the seconds of the factory seconds. no anodizing inside the tube, machine grooves inside and tool marks galore on the exterior, and rough threads.

I bought a few blem Anderson lowers for really cheap, $35 or so from Fatboy Tactical.  It was so cheap I could not refuse even for the sweep the floor builds excuse I gave myself.  Aside from the generic ding on one, a strange discoloration on the hard anodizing on another one and the other one having a strange texture finish, they all have been assembled and function fine.

IMO most people will not mention or admit they have these in a certain build because it is well known for being wallet friendly.  From my experience, most will brag about their Spikes this, BCM that, original Colt this with rare prancing unicorn roll mark.  Much like how chics gotta rock the name brand purse/shoes/or whatever else.  I'm a drag racer by heart, IMO just run what ya brung.

I bought 2 of them from danger close and assembled fine and function fine.
Not much stress on lower so so long as they go together well they should be ok.
Both mine looked good and mated with uppers well.
Sold one as a complete rifle and still use the other.
Used dpms parts kit in one and a psa kit in the other.
Psa trigger came out better.
Never used any Anderson part other than the stripped lower.

Anderson lowers are the most abundant and cheaper AR lowers you can find. They are used for tons of builds, if you go to AR15.com. Most people are fine with them, the others don't like the rollmarks.
